Thank you for choosing SkillioHub, your trusted partner in skill-based learning. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses, workshops, or subscription-based services.


 General Policy for Courses & Workshops (Online/Offline)


  • All purchases made are final and non-refundable.
    Once a user has enrolled in a course, workshop (whether online or offline), or subscribed to our services, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained.
  • Batch Transfer or Candidate Substitution:
    You may request:
    • To transfer to a different batch (subject to availability).
    • To nominate another candidate in your place (applicable only before the start date).
    ✅ All such requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the course or workshop start date by contacting us via the support email provided in the website homepage. 
  • Absenteeism:
    If a candidate fails to attend a course or workshop, they will be marked absent.
    ❌ No refund or access extension will be provided in such cases.
  • All decisions regarding transfers, substitutions, and exceptions are at the sole discretion of SkillioHub.

Subscription Refund Policy (Tools & Services)


  • Payments made towards subscription-based tools or services are non-refundable once successfully processed.
  • However, users may cancel upcoming renewals to avoid further charges:
    • Through their payment provider (e.g., Google Pay, Razorpay, UPI, etc.).
    • Or by emailing us at: skilliohub03@gmail.com
  • We advise users to initiate cancellations well before the next billing cycle to ensure timely processing.

Refunds for Technical Issues


We strive to deliver a seamless learning experience. However:

  • If you face a technical issue that originates from our side and we are unable to resolve it, you will be eligible for a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted via the support email listed in our website.
  • Affected issues will be acknowledged within 14 working days, and refunds (if approved) will be processed within 15 days of acknowledgment.
  • Refunds will not be granted for problems related to the user's own device, internet connection, or software limitations.
